Training has been a bit rough the past couple of weeks. I am still trying to get used to dealing with this cold or allergies or whatever is going on in my head and lungs. Thursday's run was cut short because I couldn't breath.
I am really thinking that I am going to have to reassess my speed goals for the Historic Half. After a great speed workout on Tuesday, my runs on Thursday and Saturday were not the least bit speedy. I am working on figuring the right mix of allergy medicine and other treatments to get things under control. Someday I will get this stuff figured out.

Saturday –10 Miles
Sunday – Spin & Yoga
